I am so excited to share this beautiful baby boy with you. Carson was quite the angel while I was photographing him.  When I got to Carson’s home, his lovely mother showed me around for some shooting location options. It was like walking through the gates of heaven when she opened the french doors to this entirely unfurnished, white walled, windows on all sides, high ceilings PARADISE!  Lol, ok, that was a little overboard BUT the room was absolutely perfect for shooting. I had all the room in the world to tote my props and equipment in and the room, with all the sunlight coming in, was warm and bright enough for a newborn shoot. When Grace, his mother, told me that his dad enjoyed fishing I wanted to run with that idea so I went out and got some cute props to showcase a fisherman in the making. Kane and Bubba, their two great danes (pictured below) didn’t like much when we closed them out of the room though- I think they thought we were harming Carson because when we let them in they gathered around him checking to see if he was ok and wanting to be part of the action. Bubba and Kane were the biggest dogs to date, I think I have ever seen!  I, of course, wanted to get a shot or two with them in next to Carson to show, not only how small he is, but how big they are! Loved everything about how those shots came out too. 🙂
