HOLIDAY MINI SESSION TERMS
Holiday Mini Sessions are $275. Your $100 session retainer sent via Paypal will need to be received within 72 Hours of scheduling and will be absolutely nonrefundable. Remainder of Mini Session Fee ($175) will be collected 48 hours in advance from the session date via Paypal . Once these sessions fill up, I have to turn down numerous families so that we can give them ample time to find another source for their holiday needs…so I thank you for understanding this procedure. ON-LOCATION Holiday Mini pricing is considered for families of 5 or less and excludes newborn-like* sessions. IN-STUDIO Holiday Mini pricing is considered for children of 3 or less and excludes newborn-like* sessions. Additional people will likely require you to book a Basic Mini Session.
*Newborn-like Sessions are sessions that focus on solo portraits of a newborn. If you would like to schedule a Newborn Session individually please inquire.
EDITING TIMELINE
It is our goal to have all Holiday Mini Sessions edited and links sent to you within 7 days of your session date. Basic Mini and Signature Session turnaround time may be longer due to the larger quantity of images. Custom Card turnaround time (from the time you pick out your images for the card to the time you receive the finished product in your hands) is an additional 7 days.
Holiday Mini Sessions ON-LOCATION
The location of our outdoor Holiday Mini Sessions is To Be Announced…The location will be outdoors and in the Naples/Bonita/Estero area.
Holiday Mini Sessions IN-STUDIO
The studio is located in North Naples. For styling notes, think bright, clean and contemporary.
HOW DO I REQUEST A HOLIDAY MINI SESSION This year I will only be accepting EMAIL requests. It is so helpful to only send one email and I will accept requests as they are received – but to be as fair as possible to all families trying to get spots – I can’t always accommodate multiple session requests for each family…so please send your request(s) in priority order. Beyond Holiday Minis, All other session types (Basic Mini Sessions, Signature Sessions and Newborn Sessions) will also be booking for SEPT/OCT/NOV and part of DECEMBER.
CUSTOM CARD TERMS Once you receive your edit, you will be advised via email to pick out your favorite images (up to 4) and wording for a Greeting Card. A design will be emailed to you within 48 hours. One round of changes to the card is permitted and additional changes, no matter the request, is subject to an hourly design fee. Upon approval of your card, turnaround time is 48 hours. All cards (as well as additional products purchased) can be picked up at the Studio. Additional Cards can be purchased beyond the 25 quantity included in the Holiday Mini Session Package.

We will use the following Sunday (same location and time) as your backup date in case of rain/inclement weather. Keep this in mind when making your requests as our cancellation policy will apply if you are unable to make the backup date. In the case of a rain-out on both days – you will not be required to pay the cancellation fee
